Podsbrook House is a purpose built apartment block which comprise the following

3 one bedroom flats
3 two bedroom flats
1 two bedroom Warden flat

Each apartment has its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
The house has a Social Room, Games Room, communal kitchen, bathroom,
laundry and guest bedroom.

Tenants arrange a selection of social activities inside and outside of the house.
